Toby's Baguettes was founded in October of 2015. The dream? To create and sell the biggest and best baguette in the country, and make that baguette available everywhere. The first Toby's Baguettes eatery opened in Watford on the 6th of February, 2016. Staffed by a small work force with over 20 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, it was warmly welcomed by local customers, despite opening in a town where there was no shortage of good places to eat. But this is not the story of a little bakery done good. This is the story of where an exciting new national franchise began. The founders of Toby's Baguettes intend to open 5 more eateries in Greater London in the next 5 years, with a view to opening 15 more across the country in the 5 years after that. So pop into your local Toby's Baguettes. Years from now when the 16' baguette has become a national standard, you'll be able to say you tried it first.
