I had to go on an emergency flight to hong kong. Unfortunately, I was really stressing about trying to contact my local travel agencies but no one was open or picked up on a Saturday evening. What can I say apart from, I was impressed with the service I received and that my holiday with my family was one of the most enjoyable trips we've had to date. No problems checking in at the airport, detailed advice was given by Time travels regarding suit case allowance, visa. The staff were very friendly and polite they recommend and made us aware of certain placed to stay and to be well aware off. Most travel agencies would not care and not give this sort of advice as they would be getting commission from their partners. But Time travel are very honest and helpful thanks so much had a lovely time!!
