I am a BACP registered counsellor and offer short term and long term, one-to-one counselling. I provide you with a safe, confidential, empathic and supportive space to explore what is troubling you.

The counselling I offer is Psychosynthesis , which is a sensitive, powerful, depth therapy that takes a holistic approach, recognising the roles of mind, body, feelings and spirituality in the process of personal growth.
Psychosynthesis looks forward, as well as back into your life experiences and helps you to understand the meaning of present patterns and situations which are no longer serving you. It helps you to understand who you are, and how to value and nourish yourself. It encourages a greater connection and integration of all aspects, with the potential for healing and change.
