Tomasz Smyk and his Window Fitters From Company Express Windows Group Ltd in Feltham have damaged my Property. They were hired to Replace all windows on a detached house. The front of the house featured a double bay window. Thomasz Smyk and the window fitters have no idea how to complete a correct and legal bay window change, They failed to prop up the lower and upper bay correctly with acros causing considerable damage to the structure of the property, All the weight of the unsupported bay has cracked the brickwork right through both walls. We will be getting the Glass and Glazing Federation, Trading Standards and Building Control involved and also Following through with Legal Action. Please be very wary before using this company - It will cost a lot of money to repair the damage caused. Tomasz Smyk also said he was FENSA Approved - This has been found out to be un-true and a Lie, We would not have used his company if we had known this first. (Only Use FENSA Approved Companies).
