Worst and most annoying experience No Warranty ,Bought an IPhone 12 Pro Max for 450£ on a Friday for my mum ,I Set up the phone on Saturday realised that the phone had an ear piece issue when I got back to the shop on Monday they charged me 30 £ for the issue the phone came with when I bought it .I asked if I could upgrade to the 13 pro Max and add 200£ from the initial 450£ they said the 12 pro max was now 300 £ and I had the receipt for it saying 450£ 2 days ago .Asked to speak to the manager and the manager said he was busy. Poor Experience No warranty Very poor service. The guy serving me was Vaping , Better off buying a phone on back market
Awful
Not to be trusted, will promise you the earth but once they get your money , will not honour promises made earlier. Wouldn't recommend infact suggest they are avoided.
